The fact that the cross-country training
ergometers of the SYNCROSS series aim
for maximum stability is already
obvious in the double-frame design.
The ergonomic system permits a natural
sequence of movements through
adjustable step length, biometrically
optimum tread distance and flat
ellipse. In addition, the Syncross V3
also has the dynamic power system, a
motorised slope-adjustment system to
create natural terrain profiles and
exercise different groups of muscles.
Scientific studies by the University of
Dortmund prove that different muscles
are exercised by running up and
downhill. The new VGA dot-matrix of the
computer keeps the user informed of
his/her performance. The convenient
EASY-COM user interface simplifies the
operation of the SIEMENS electronics.
The pulse measurement is POLAR
compatible and the user can store
his/her personal data on the chip card.
The USB interface allows updating for
new exercising programs as well as
linking with ERGO-KONZEPT software. A
special test report documents the
accuracy of the performance-control
system by the fully electronic
induction-brake system.
