Fitness Superstore sells only in Canada.
We strive to secure the best possible rates on your behalf and that is the reason why our website does not calculate shipping charges in real-time.

You can be sure that the relationships we established over the years with various shipping companies will be put to work on your behalf to secure the best possible rate for your shipment.

Once you place your order with us, it is critical that you provide us with accurate information as we verify each order and you will have to ok all shipping charges before your order is processed.
This eliminates surprises and allows us to personally present you with any additional information you may have about your order, usage, shipping or anything related to your purchase.

Return Policy

Any item in new, unused and resaleable condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee). Items must be returned in undamaged original packaging and unopened. Shipping charges will not be credited and are the responsibility of the sending party. All returns must be accompanied by the original bill of sale.

You must contact us before returning the item for an authorization number.
NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.
