2/3rd the size of a full size BOSU ball.  Heavy vinyl construction with an ABS plastic (unbreakable) weighted base for stability.  Pump included to adjust inflation and amount of wobble and difficulty.  Two resistance tubes with handles included with the set and can be attached to the base to change and expand your workout.  Item can be flipped upside down to become a wobble training board.
